About

Payment performance is an end-to-end system, not a decline code on a dashboard.

How I work

That means looking beyond a single decline code or dashboard and tracing the full journey from integration and cardholder data quality through authentication, risk decisions, issuer behaviour, routing and authorization. I turn complex signals into clear priorities, practical interventions and controlled experiments that teams can measure.

My work spans enterprise merchant advisory, payment-acceptance go-live readiness, post-live performance reviews, 3DS optimisation, issuer and network engagement, network tokens, recurring-payment tagging, fraud controls, local payment methods and card-network considerations. I partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Data Science and external ecosystem stakeholders to move from diagnosis to action.

I am also passionate about making payment optimisation repeatable. I build playbooks, diagnostic approaches, reusable analyses and operating methods that help teams move from reactive case handling to proactive performance management. Increasingly, I use AI-enabled workflows to accelerate research, automate repetitive tasks, synthesise evidence and turn technical findings into concise customer and executive narratives.
